A beautiful end to World Mental Health Day. 💚

We’ve loved seeing the moments captured by our team and everyone who joined us in the sauna today.

And to finish it all, the Northern Lights putting on a show above the sauna. ✨

Happy world mental health day 💜

10/10/2026

This World Mental Health Day, we’re taking a moment to recognise the importance of rest, connection and time away from the noise.

Sometimes that can look like fresh air, a good conversation, a cold dip or simply spending time out in nature.

However today looks for you, we hope you find a moment to pause, breathe and make a little space for yourself.
