Stone Henge pulls in hundreds of thousands for this event each year... but it’s a bit of a drive isn’t it!
So, for the first time ever, we’re bringing 100 on the Hill to the evening.
Join us for the final sunset of spring and welcome in the summer for a very special Summer Solstice Sunset Edition - a free community gathering to celebrate light, connection and peak energy!

Another amazing event!
Packed to the rafters with people from every walk of life.
Today was all about slowing down and leaving into practices that calm the nervous system and help aid healing and rest.

Liz, A soma-breathwork coach and reiki practitioner will be supporting you through the RECIEVE element of the day. Rebalancing your chakras and energy fields whilst you body baths in 432htz of crystal sound vibration.

LIFE LATELY,
Not going to lie busy work schedules, house renovations and parenting changing gears has definitely taken It’s toll on me this year.
-
I was burnt out and exhausted 😴 which for a 43year old woman = cortisol spikes, fatigue brain fog, joint ache, bloating and the rest!
-
But after a week in the sun with the people I love, daily meditation, breathwork, nature and good food I feel like a new woman. 🧍‍♀️
-
sometimes the best thing to do is pause. 🥰
-
Good to be back on the socials and looking forward to sharing all theming health and wellness with you all soon!
