It’s been such a beautiful summer of outdoor swimming. If you can, get down there and make the most of it! ☀️
For me, swimming is therapy. There’s something magical about the power of water — it clears the mind, calms the nervous system and brings me back to myself. 💙

Join us in the peaceful setting of Graveley Orchard for a restorative soundbath, where the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments will help calm the mind, relax the body and restore your sense of wellbeing.
