September is peri-menopause awareness month.

How can Reiki assist you through this time? Often it is the unknown, the who do I ask questions to that can actually help or who will give me a hug when I need one.

I would like to say this is aimed at women 40+ but we all know or are someone where symptoms started earlier. The NICE guidelines covers over 40 of these symptoms - you may suffer from a few or you may (like me) suffer from many of them.

I can’t cure but I can assist with regular Reiki sessions.

And I will always listen to you - this is your time🩷

It fills my heart with joy and gratitude to have had such a great August. Thank you to my returning clients & to those that came to me for their first (and second) Reiki session. It has been wonderful to share Reiki with so many lovely people.
