Electrolytes are essential minerals that carry an electric charge in the body. This charge helps your cells communicate and keeps vital systems running smoothly. Without enough electrolytes, even simple things like moving your muscles or staying hydrated can become harder than they should be ⚡💦

🧠 WHY ELECTROLYTES MATTER

Electrolytes play a role in:
✔ maintaining proper hydration
✔ supporting muscle contractions
