I food optimised whilst I was shopping with a subway for lunch! Used a healthy extra fibre choice for the whole grain sub & had chicken, salad & asked for no butter and no dressing keeping me on plan šŸ’œ

Sometimes a wee collaborative meeting can be the best thing for everyone! Much like staying for group support each week after weigh in, hearing how other people do things can be a huge inspiration as well as helping us to stay motivated šŸ’œ

Today is group day, so after morning group I took myself a wee walk down leven high street to speak to our fantastic business people in the high street & ask them to support us by displaying a poster.

Iā€™m hugely grateful for our high street in Leven and the amazing people who keep it going!

So Iā€™ve been keeping a secretā€¦.but now Iā€™m ready to shout about it from the rooftops!!!!

We are opening our 5:30pm session on 20th of this month!!!

I canā€™t wait to be able to help even more people in the Levenmouth area (and beyond) to achieve what they want, to realise their worth & to be the you you and your family deserve you to be!!!

Our morning groups are moving in to the gathering place so all 4 groups will be under one fantastic roof!
