🔵A reminder that evening opening hours are being introduced at the NHS Shetland Walk-In Clinic at Grantfield starting from today, Monday 10 August.
The clinic will be open 5pm to 8pm on weekdays, in addition to its existing weekend service. Please do not attend before 5pm on weekdays.
Additional weekday opening hours will be introduced in the coming months as the pilot develops.

🔵Evening opening hours are being introduced at the NHS Shetland Walk-In Clinic at Grantfield as the pilot service continues to expand.
From Monday 10 August, the clinic will be open 5pm to 8pm on weekdays, in addition to its existing 9am to 5pm weekend service. Please do not attend before 5pm on weekdays.
Additional weekday opening hours will be introduced in the coming months as the pilot develops.

GP practices and community pharmacies opening hours on Monday 15 June

Monday 15 June is a Public Holiday for NHS Shetland.

👉All health centres will be closed.
👉The Walk-In Clinic will be open at Grantfield.
👉All community pharmacies will be open.

If you are ill when your practice is closed and can't wait until it reopens, you should call NHS 24 on 111, if you are registered at a mainland Shetland practice.

If you are registered in Unst, Yell or Whalsay, please call the usual practice phone number for further information.

Grantfield Walk-In Clinic open on Sunday 14 June and Monday 15 June

The Walk-In Clinic at Grantfield will be open from 9am until 5pm on Sunday, 14 June, and Monday, 15 June.

However, it will be closed on Saturday, 13 June, due to short-term staffing pressures.

The Vaccination Team will not be operating on the Public Holiday.

All health centres will be closed on the Public Holiday, with all pharmacies open as usual.

This service is available to all patients, of all ages, in Shetland, including those not registered with a local GP practice. Visitors to Shetland needing support are also welcome.

There is no need to queue, and the last time to drop in will be 4.30pm.
