I cannot stop singing this song by the incredible .partridge after hearing her sing and talk about it on an episode of A Breath of Song podcast. We sang it in my community singing circle last night, accompanied by a simple drum beat, and it felt like we entered an altered state! Songs like these, which soothe and help us to heal, are magical to sing in a group. I've just joined Sarina's patreon page, where she releases new songs which you can listen to (with all the parts separated out). Highly recommend! Thank you for putting these songs out into our hurting world Sarina ❤️

You heard it here first!!

New drop in option for my Singing Mamas groups in Lewes and Hove. The last Monday of the month in Lewes and the last Wednesday of the month in Hove (providing they're not school holidays - if so it will probably be the week before) will be open for drop ins.

£12 per session

Our first all day singing retreat day is taking place in the new year. A chance to go deeper into connection - with song, with ourselves and with the community.

Come and enjoy songs of hope, joy, courage, grief and everything in between. With lots of space for (optional!) sharing and reflecting. AND REST!

We will meet in a cosy & comfortable yurt with log burner in peaceful countryside close to Lewes (address given upon booking) and hopefully be able to also spend some time outside (weather dependent).

As always, teas / coffees and home baked treats included ❤️

Please bring a dish for a shared lunch if you are able to, as well as any songs, poems or other offerings to share if you would like to.

£40 standard / £30 concessions / £50 supporter
