7.30pm sound bath meditation in Lewes ✨

Monday 15th June
Come and curl up and under the light of the Gemini New Moon.

We will gather in community and gather all parts of ourselves, as we move with the vibrations of the crystal bowls and present time energy.

The energy is strong and you are welcome into a safe holding, to meet and partner with the energy. Supporting yourself to integrate and open.

I am a Reiki master teacher and sound practitioner with over 25 year experience and I look forward to welcoming you.

We will be accompanied by the protective medicine of Mugwort. Mugwort is a gentle ally that hold our hand as we soften into dreams and wondering. She hold you with love and encouraged you to loosen the grip and play in the energy of the moment with spaciousness.

We will sit, drink tea, lie down and move with sound and sensation ✨
