I breathe with you as we breathe into our courageous hearts and consciously choose to move against the tide in order to find our own rhythm and our own artistry.

Ascension - to ascend…. What does that mean?

I am a little fizzy in this video and that is how I felt.
I also want to honour the gravitas of the individual experience of the group members. Which will forever stay confidential, however, in my sharing, as high as it may be, I hold them in love and truth.

In an Ascension ceremony, we work with the light body centres, activated by vocal sounds that I lead. We move with the Merkaba and travel up into the angelic realms. Graciously being invited through portals of light to meet the ascended masters and guides.

We meet, we open, we listen and we trust.

It is a deeply sacred ceremony that words do not cover. And I don’t want to try.

We return and, on the way down together, we work on healing the grid around the earth, joining and amplifying other light workers.

I believe this journey offers clarity, realignment to soul and service in action on the earth’s plane. Whether your service at this time is to be a healer, a creative, a leader, a parent, and so the list goes on.

On holiday with my beloved cacao and a magic whisk ✨🧙

Cacao and I work together most days in meditation.
Ceremonial grade cacao is a beautiful heart opener and a messenger of love from Gaia. She holds the vibration of loving earth energy and invites us to dance in the light of sensations, wisdom, curiosity and intuition.

I hold weekly cacao ceremonies with a magnetic group of light warriors in Lewes… if you are passing.
I hold daily ceremonies with myself and have a delightful and heart-opening, profoundly connective, delicious time. Often tear-releasing, blow-your-mind, insightful, deeply devotional and wildly soulful moments ♥️

I have had an adventure ✨

In celebration of my birthday, I travelled to Berlin to do a Clown to Mask course arthaus berlin.

Honestly, my intention was simply to play in a new city with soul and clown. I wanted to be a student and be guided and surprised. I was!
It was a glorious week of re-membering. A time for pulling all parts of myself home.

It has been so long since I have travelled on my own, without children. I reconnected with the fear and excitement of meeting a new city, new people, and my own changing identity. This, alongside the liberating work that was offered to me on the course, was a reorientation home ♥️

At the end of the week, my love came to join me, and we travelled by train from Berlin to Austria. Thirteen hours of watching people come and go, and the magnificence of the changing landscape, colour and light.

We found ourselves in the gift of an 1800s wagon by the lake. The lake that you can see in the video. The mystery and medicine of deep, still waters held by the breathing mountains. Oooooo, the peace and spaciousness to breathe and expand. I witnessed and felt beauty so true and pure.

We then moved on to Vienna, which held another energy. I had a private guided tour around the museums by my love Matthew Burrows, who is a deep well of information and enthusiasm for his genius. I shall never look at a painting the same way again.

The energy of this month has been enormous and is transforming us all. I’m quite poorly toady, and my body is asking me to move out of the way, to allow integration and upgrades for all that is alive for me personally and in the cosmos right now.

Perhaps I need another holiday 😉

That’s my free spirit daughter singing in the background ♥️ She is awesome ♥️

I am feeling yummy after a beautiful ceremony with radiant beings, sacred mugwort and a fine quality of sound ✨

There are moments when, through surrender, through love, trust and softening, we awaken into something deeper within ourselves. This, I feel, is an invitation from mugwort. The plant medicine encourages us to loosen our grip on the familiar boundaries between waking and dreaming.

Can we allow ourselves to meet truths with clarity? In the in-between space where we can hold possibility without practical ability, even if it’s just for a moment — tuning into the authentic whispers of our soul.

We’ve had so much big energy coming through, new energies for new timelines for the individual and collective. And sometimes with all these big words, we can get removed from the simplicity of being soul, of truth, of desires, and we can get lost in feeling the pressure that something needs to change, something needs to happen.

So very grateful for the ceremony that took place tonight and the spaciousness to dream without expectation, and perhaps be surprised.

Hello dear ones,
I am in Vienna and last night I couldn’t find a spot for the eclipse.

I decided to do a walking meditation through the streets under the skys energy of the eclipse.
I was disappointed not to see any part of the eclipses and had to rest in the hearts light of my faith.
I don’t need to see to believe.
I don’t need to see to feel.
I don’t need to see to partner with energy.

I did really want to see it!

I found a door step to someone’s apartment and with a breath of acceptance I opened my heart to listen and felt the power of the cosmos ♥️✨🙏

Our invitation is to move with reverence with energy, with life and love. To make space for connection without expectation. To trust the dance with the cosmos that happen in all our moments ♥️✨ I would say ☺️

Hiiiiii ✨

Happy Sunday sweet vibes ☀️
The sky is alive with power, transformation and light love.

We are moving with and feeling a lot at the moment, as we step into a new times🕊️

I said to a friend recently, I could feel such change coming for myself and I didn’t know what it would be, but it feels huge as big as death. Now I don’t think I’m gonna die not any time soon but certainly rebirth feels very alive for me and I know many of us at the moment♥️

Each of us will work with our soul and the energy of this time differently. I invite you to trust that however it’s coming for you that you have the capacity to work with the energy, stories and challenges that are showing up. Oooor to choose to hold yourself differently within this changing time♥️

I’m offering a space on Monday evening to sit, to be, to feel and to be held in all that is present for you at the moment. A safe space for us to gather all parts of ourselves as we gather in the holding of love and of community✨
