Masey searched in vain for lotions and potions for his beautiful, but bushy, beard. He needed something to condition the skin beneath the bristles and to stop the itching, something to wash the beard and condition it to a glossy finish and something stiff to make it look like it's been twizzled to within and inch of it's life. Masey couldn't find what he was looking for, so he made it all himself. Now there is a range of products for the hirsute amongst us that will do all the jobs needed to maintain a healthy fizzogg; Beard Wash, Beard Conditioning Serum, Beard Oil, Shave Oil, Moustache Wax and lots more products on the way too.

Empire Beard Balm is made with organic shea butter, rosehip oil and vitamin E, with coriander, ylang ylang and cinnamon essential oils giving it a warm, spiced scent that sits quietly rather than announces itself. It conditions properly and gives a light hold — enough to keep things in shape without your beard feeling like it’s been product-ed within an inch of its life. Hot weather is the real test of a moustache wax. Lesser products melt by midday. We use pine resin as the main ingredient, NOT BEESWAX, to give just the right hold. Unlike beeswax, it doesn’t melt in the sun which means your ‘tache will remain in place all day long. Pine Resin and Carnauba Wax is used instead of Beeswax because Beeswax is for bees, and let’s face it they are having a pretty bad time of it themselves without us taking stuff away from them for our Moustaches.
