After I dragged the family out to help with my leafletting, I thought I’d better pay them… with a Sunday roast! 😂❤️

A bit of a cheats Sunday roast though, because somebody 🙋🏼‍♀️ forgot to get the meat out of the freezer!

🍗 Air-fried chicken breast
🥔 Air-fried roasties
🥕 Loads of veg
🤎 And of course, a good glug of gravy!

And before anyone points it out… yes, there’s NO Yorkshire pudding 👀🤣

Unpopular opinion incoming… Yorkies are massively overrated and I don’t even like them! 😬

There. I said it. 😂

Anyone else with me, or have I just lost all my Yorkshire credentials?! 🤣

Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.
