eelings and thought processes, I will help you to find solutions or closure. I will listen and support you without judging or criticising. Self discovery can be empowering and life changing. I use a range of approaches, depending on the presenting issue. I offer a tailored approach with a variety of interventions. Some of these interventions may include take home tasks which are done in between sessions. I like to monitor my client's progress, in between sessions by an interactive diary that only myself and the client have access to. This is included in my fee for the session. My fees are £45 per session, payable in advance. You may not know what is wrong with you, you may just feel stuck. You may need help finding a way forward. Sometimes it helps to talk to a professional who is not a friend or a family member. I can help things seem a little less confusing for you and improve your wellbeing in the process.
