Hi Everyone! Response to the Soundbath 18th June in Vale Centre Greysteel has been phenomenal! Now FULLY BOOKED.. packed to rafters!! Want to thank Each & Every One of you who have Chosen lil ole me lol.. Sound Healing is becoming Ever Popular here and there are alot of people adding it on to their already full itinary of holistic therapies...I do not have extensive knowledge of various modalities and this has been how I want it for my own life.. For me personally I like to indulge in 1 or 2 things I truly connect with.. So I am Genuinely Grateful for the Opportunity!! So so excited.. This will be a Special Evening For Sure.. I Feel The Energy is High For This 🥰👌🙏✨️❤️❤️❤️

Massage is not simply the manipulation of the muscles to relieve tension. It's a connection. Between client and Therapist. You're not a name on a tick form or an appointment in a diary. You're an individual, a person, someone who wants to be seen, heard. This is the other side of Massage. Creating that safe place, listening to understand not respond, accepting without judgement. Ive found over the years, a good few of the people who come to me need more than just a massage. They're carrying so much, and need somewhere to set it down, even for a wee while. This is what the concept of a Sanctury is all about, that safe place of peace and healing.
