💭 Sunday thoughts 💭
Running a business in your late 20s is a strange mix of passion, pressure, pride, and constant responsibility.
People see the classes, the atmosphere, the socials, the community and the growth but they don’t always see the weight that comes with it behind the scenes.
The early mornings.
The late nights.
The overthinking.
The pressure of making decisions that affect not just you, but so many other people too.
There’s this assumption that because you’re passionate about what you do, it somehow feels easy all the time. But the reality is, when you care deeply about something, you carry it with you constantly.
Every session planned.
Every plan made.
Every client organised.
Every member checked in on.
Every decision thought through.
Nothing is ever just “thrown together.” There’s always intention behind it, even if people don’t always see or understand the bigger picture straight away.
And truthfully you’re expected to lead confidently while still learning yourself. You’re trying to grow a business, support others, stay motivated, manage pressure, and somehow still protect your own energy too.
But despite all of that, I care deeply about what I do.
About the people.
About the environment we’re building.
About creating something that genuinely helps others feel stronger, physically and mentally.
I’m still learning.
Still improving.
Still figuring things out as I go.
But I’ll always give this business, and the people in it, everything I can. 🤝
