HFHC Healthcare is based at the Social Care Exchange in Lincoln and offers the region a dynamic new model of care, providing Supported Living and support to those in their own homes provided by our dedicated team and a ground-breaking digital platform. ☕ An aspiration achieved!

Volunteering in a local café has opened the door to new skills, friendships and a stronger connection with the local community.

Here's our September recap! 🌟 It's been a month of getting out, trying new things and making memories. From sunny days by the waterfront, a brilliant horse riding session 🐴, bus journeys 🚌, time in the kitchen 🍳 and lots of sensory fun at home.
