Our new online Night Light café launches on 14 September.

Leaving the house can be difficult for a lot of us, particularly in the evening, so this is a new space for an online chat that you can join from home. It will run from 7-8pm every Monday, starting from 14th September.

Our online café will be on Zoom. If you would like to join us, please email [email protected] to request a link to access the session. We’d love to see you 🙂

You Can Now Self-Refer to the Adult Eating Disorder Service.

If thoughts, feelings, or actions around food, eating, or weight are affecting your physical, mental, or social wellbeing, the Adult Eating Disorder Service is here to help.

The service supports people with all types of eating disorders aged 16 and over, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder. There is no BMI or weight requirement to access the service—you don’t have to be underweight or overweight to have an eating disorder.

We know that asking for help can feel scary, but the experienced, non-judgmental team is here to support you.

Some Wellbeing Hubs and Night Light Cafés may be closed over the bank holiday weekend. Please check your local hub’s and Café social media page for the latest opening information.

If you need some support while your local hub is closed, there are people you can talk to:
