Roll up, roll up to the Skegness Wellbeing to Sleep Well event! This exciting FREE event will be held at The Storehouse, North Parade, Skegness on 18th June, 10:00am – 3:30pm.
This promises to be a fantastic day, packed with support and information around wellbeing, with something for everyone to enjoy.
Outside the venue, visitors can experience a fabulous sauna and cold plunge, guided and supported by Kyle from Zoky Saunascape.
Inside the auditorium, there will be a range of relaxing and rejuvenating sessions including:

Mindfulness
Yoga Nidra
Tai Chi and Qi Gong
A blissful sound bath to finish the day

In the main hall, there will also be a wide variety of stalls offering wellbeing information and activities, including:

Wellbeing and sleep support
Skincare and wellbeing products
Crafts and creativity (including the chance to try a spinning wheel!)
Hula hoops for some fun and laughter
Drumming workshops with SoundLincs
Mental health support
Health information and advice
Nutrition and The Wellness Network CIC

There will be free refreshments available throughout the day in the main auditorium.
Visitors are welcome to stay all day and can purchase lunch from The Storehouse Café or nearby local takeaways.
It’s set to be a wonderful day—come along, enjoy the atmosphere, and pick up some tips for better sleep.
What to bring:

Swimwear and a towel for the sauna
A cushion and mat for Yoga Nidra and the sound bath

The Sleep Charity and the Lincolnshire Sleep Hub look forward to welcoming everyone.

We are delighted to announce that further funding is available as part of the 2026/27 Mental Health and Wellbeing Community Investment Fund (MHWCIF). £105,000 is available to support voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations to develop and deliver innovative projects that improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes for people across Lincolnshire.

Newly added to H.A.Y Lincolnshire, The Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Café in Lincoln offers a warm, informal environment where people can come together, connect, and share experiences.

These regular cafés provide a welcoming place for people living with dementia, as well as family members and carers, to meet others who understand. It’s a chance to have a chat, ask questions, and learn from both professionals and each other.
You’ll also find helpful information about dementia, local support services, and practical tips on how to live well with the condition.

Everyone is welcome – whether you’re looking for support, guidance, or simply a friendly conversation over a cup of tea. 💬
