I understand that unplanned issues can arise and sometimes life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me. A CONSULTATION:
On your first visit for a treatment, a consultation will be taken, In order to ensure the therapy is appropriate and to help tailor the therapy session to your needs. We can also discuss any concerns you may have. Everything discussed will be confidential and all information will be locked away. Your first consultation is usually the longest and will not be in the time allocated for you on your appointment, but done in my own time. Please allow fifteen minutes for this. A consultation is necessary to check if there are any contraindications, where we may need to contact your GP with your permission.

ABOUT ME:
I have created a safe and beautiful calming space, for your treatment. I will do my best to help you relax and unwind, to help you feel respected and comfortable while having your treatment. My aim is to make each treatment, as individual as you. Sometimes in life, we can feel low or stressed and we all need a bit of TLC, I would love to be able to help you, take that time out and put some warmth and peace in your heart and soul. I have a passion in working with my therapies and aim to give my clients therapeutic treatments to a high standard that are relaxing, enjoyable, and holistically beneficial. I studied at De Montfort University in Lincoln in 1999. I am fully qualified and registered as a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies. Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage. Reiki. I am qualified in a few other things and will be doing more courses soon. These will be added in later. I worked in a skin clinic for seven years, which also gave me an insight on different treatments with laser and training in products sold and used in the clinic.
