Although we saw a lot less missed appointments in May compared to April, it is still a lot of wasted clinical time. Especially our nurse appointments, which are in such high demand.

Please cancel your appointments with plenty of notice when possible, we really do appreciate it 🌟

Changes to hospital appointment queries
We’re introducing a Patient Services Hub — a new system designed to make it easier for you to get the information you need about your hospital appointments.

You can now use automated options to have simple queries answered and actioned quickly and easily. To help save time, please have your NHS number ready when you call.
If you prefer, you will still be able to speak to a member of staff.
