Have you ever wondered why sometimes in life you feel that you are stuck, lost & overwhelmed? Have you heard yourself saying that it only ever happens to you?

Well it happens to everyone. The thing that makes the difference is what you do about it. Yvette Karan is known for her passion in helping people to achieve what seems to be the impossible. Her mission is to share her understandings in creating a better and healthier life after she eradicated her own tumour and illness. Yvette shares those key elements that led her to her freedom from the tumour,

showing you how you can reach your full potential. She truly understands what it is like to be stuck and have fears that prevent you from moving forward in your life. Her belief is that when you understand truly what creates something and you deeply understand yourself you can then set yourself free from your fears and whatever holds you back. Yvette is also a trustee of a charity, The Johnson & Mukherjee Brothers Charitable Trust, which helps schools support projects that benefit children and their community.

Guide yourself to the love that is within you. Do this by finding something small that you have achieved and hold it tightly.

Look at it within respect and love. Cherish it and know that you are cherishing yourself. Walk with pride in who you are. Know that you are human and know that this means you are worthy of love and respect.

There is such beauty in the honeysuckle. And every time I see it, it reminds me of beauty, togetherness, growth, newness. It’s been growing at the back door for nearly all year round. And it just reminds me of the possibilities and the depths of what we have within ourselves. As we create that connection, using breath and meditation , there are so many possibilities that can open to us. I have an upcoming workshop all about the basics of meditation and breath work for creating connection to yourself. If you are looking at meditation as a possible discipline to use or simply need to cultivate ways to relax, to come into your body, and become more mindful of yourself, this is a great opportunity. I want to thank everybody for being so patient while we put the new website together. This is a beautiful time for it to come out now that we are in September, a time for new beginnings but also for the summer to fade away and change to come in the form of autumn. Bring your coffee, bring your tea and have a good look around at the new website, coming out tomorrow at 11am. How magical. A few days ago I was thinking how lovely it would be to have some sunflowers. And today a dear friend of mine brought them for me. Friendship is beautiful. As beautiful as these sunflowers. There is something mystical and magical about sunflowers and their need to turn to the sun. We can find beauty and love in many things. Allow yourself to feel the love. Thank you to this beautiful friend.
