SacredSoundBridge offers meditation and immersive sound baths to groups and individuals in the Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham areas. I am an experienced meditator, vocalist and musician with a passion for helping others with their wellbeing. I have worked for over 15 years as a community musician providing therapeutic music sessions to groups and individuals. I also spent just under 2 years workin

g for the NHS where I delivered wellbeing-focused psychologically-informed interventions. I combine my knowledge and experience of meditation, my musical skills and my love, to create a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you are immersed in the therapeutic sound vibrations of the crystal bowls, koshi chimes, shamanic drumming and vocal chants.

🌼 🍃 Nature and new beginnings sound journeys with Sacred SoundBridge in March and April 🍃 🌼

As we move into the springtime and reach the spring equinox this Friday join me at one of my nature and new beginnings journeys to ground, rest and reset for the new season ahead.

This journey is now available on three different dates at three venues in March and April 🙌 The journey this Sunday at South Hykeham is now sold out however, there are places available at Kettlethorpe and Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe on the 18th and 19th April. I’d love to welcome you to these lovely new venues 💓

🎉✨Exciting news! New venue announcement ✨🎉

I'll be hosting monthly meditation and sound journeys at Brant Broughton & Stragglethorpe Village Hall starting next month 🙌

April's journey will focus on nature and new beginnings, and I'll be introducing some fresh instruments! As always, loyalty cards will be available - attend five sessions and get the next one on me 💝

Swing chimes and hand pans make their debut at South Hykeham Village Hall 😍

I've fallen in love with these instruments and have enjoyed learning how to weave them into the journey.

The swing chime's gentle chime is soothing, yet powerful when moved around the room, and the hand pan's natural tones are pure magic. ✨

Can you guess the latest additions to my collection? Stay tuned for the next sound journey on the 22nd 🙌

Thank you to everyone who joined me at the last meditation and sound journey at South Hykeham Village Hall on 15th February where we shared a Self-love Sanctuary 💕 I really enjoyed sharing this lovely space with you all 💓

➡️➡️➡️ to see pics including the new swing chime and hand pan! We also introduced (optional) intention setting before the session and affirmation cards were gifted to all.

I will be back at South Hykeham on Sunday 22nd March for a nature, spring and new beginnings vibe - think forest bathing but indoors 😀. There will also be some new instruments and sounds included… details on that coming soon! 🙌
