'I look forward to training, thats been really positive.'

Meet Kerry πŸ‘‹ One of our awesome members at our Uckfield site.

Like a lot of people Kerry was understandably nervous before getting started:
New people
New environment
New training

But she knew something had to change to make the progress she wanted.

The first session eased the nerves for Kerry, feeling the encouragement from other members and having the coaches guide her every step of the way πŸ˜€

Now Kerry is making progress inside & outside of the gym πŸ’ͺ

Alongside getting fitter & stronger, Kerry now has more energy, finds it easier managing stress and leaves feeling uplifted from training πŸ™Œ

Meet Alexandra ⬆️ πŸ‘‹

One of our members at PPT Uckfield, Alexandra had been wanting to do some exercise for years but there was always something stopping her from getting started.

Before starting Alexandra was nervous and had no gym experience but all Alexandra need was the right support, accountability & Structure to fit training into her busy schedule!

Since starting Alexandra has got considerably stronger & fitter and is now enjoying having the gym as a part of her lifestyle.
