In November my dad and his friend Jerry (both in their late 60s) are taking an extraordinary challenge: the Cycle Vietnam to Cambodia challenge. Starting from the vibrant city, Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam, they will cycle northward along the majestic Mekong River, covering an impressive 500KM over five days.

This challenge is personal and meaningful to them. They have fully funded this trip themselves —including flights, bike hire, and all necessary equipment—so that every penny raised goes directly to Abbie's Army, a charity dedicated to fighting DIPG brain cancer.

They’ve been doing some amazing training rides through this blistering heat we’ve been having. 💪🏻 🚲

I’m taking some time to rest and be with my family… I’m back from the 25th of July.
My next Leominster clinic is live to book on my website if you need help - book in! 30th July.
