While your mask is on, you’ll drift deeper into relaxation with sound healing frequencies designed to restore balance, calm and inner stillness.

At The Den, treatments are never just physical — they are an invitation back into balance, regulation, and deep release.

KCR (Kinetic Chain Release) is a gentle yet powerful therapy designed to reset the body as a whole system rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Through precise mobilisations, KCR works with the body’s natural alignment to:

I’m really excited to now be offering Cupping Therapy as part of my healing sessions — a powerful treatment that supports both the body and the emotional energy we hold within it.

Cupping works gently with the fascia, muscles, and energetic pathways to encourage:

🌿 Improved circulation & lymphatic flow
🌿 Deep muscular relaxation
