I've just added more Soundbath dates up to the end of September to the website and the are available to book now.
Whether you're new to sound baths or a regular attendee, you're warmly welcome to come and experience the calming sounds and vibrations that can help bring a sense of peace and relaxation.
All classes start at 7.30pm in my purpose built healing space.

Summer solstice blessings to all my friends, students and clients. I'm still up working in Moray, so it had to be a Findhorn Bay evening swim with lovely Iona of Findhorn Essences. The theme was gratitude, and we finished our dip with ceremonial cacao and healing conversation.
