I have one 1hour ppointment for any treatment next Monday at 12.30pm.
After that my next appointment is not until 8th July, and there is currently still good availability for July. My diary is open into September for those looking to book their regular slots.

At Universal Holistics, we make small but important adjustments during warmer weather to keep your treatment as comfortable, calming, and effective as possible 🌿
In the heat, the body is already working harder to regulate temperature, circulation, and hydration — so we adapt your session by:
✨ Using lighter layers and cooler room temperatures
✨ Adjusting pressure and treatment pace where needed
✨ Encouraging hydration before and after treatment
✨ Using calming oils and soothing techniques to support the nervous system.

Aftercare is especially important during hot weather and sun exposure ☀️
Following a holistic treatment, your body continues processing and rebalancing for hours afterwards. Heat, dehydration, alcohol, intense exercise, or too much sun can leave you feeling drained, dizzy, or overstimulated.
Your summer aftercare reminders 🌸
💧 Drink plenty of water
🌿 Rest and avoid overexertion
☀️ Stay out of the sun especially if oils have been applied
🚫 Avoid alcohol and heavy meals after treatment

Sorry if it's been a bit quiet on here lately. I've been spending most of my free days helping my good pal get ready for a massive house move. I'll now be out of action for a few days as I head over to the gorgeous Isle of Harris where she is relocating to.

I'm also preparing for the sold out Findhorn Retreat, which will have me up in Moray for a good proportion of June. There are therefore only 3 appointments left for treatments in the first week of June and then nothing until July.

I'll be back working and answering messages on 26th May, plus any cancellation appointment availability will be posted on this page.
I have 2 spaces available for the Soundbath on 27th May, and then no availability until July.

Wow!!!

3 years ago today we laid the foundations of the Healing Temple. I had a firm vision of what I wanted to create - an inviting, cosy, safe space, where people could come to relax, switch off, let go, release, heal and renew.
However this space has become all of that, and so much more - that's down to you guys. Everyone who has come into this space has imparted some of the energy, taking what you need, but leaving a vibrational footprint that has created the welcoming feeling everyone comments on the minute they walk through the door.

Thank you to every single person who has taken part in a course, soundbath or treatment in the Healing Temple 🙏🥰
