Know Your Numbers! Week returns from 7–13th September, encouraging people across the UK to take a few minutes to check their blood pressure.

Organised by Blood Pressure UK, the campaign aims to raise awareness of high blood pressure and help find the "Missing Millions" who may be living with high blood pressure without even knowing it.

High blood pressure often has no obvious symptoms, which is why regular checks are so important. The only way to know your numbers is to check them.

You can have your blood pressure checked at your GP surgery or local pharmacy, or monitor it conveniently at home with a reliable blood pressure monitor.
