Was absolutely delighted to present Fionuala with her "happy weight" award last night. Doesn't she look glam? Not only has her physical appearance changed..her health has changed and very importantly how she feels about herself has changed. She is great craic in class and always brings a laugh into the room. I just love having her there.

The smile could not be wiped off this lovely fellas face this morning..nor mine may I add. Daire reached his happy weight this morning having lost almost 4st. His cholesterol has dropped down to normal and he's no longer pre diabetic. Daire attends class every Wednesday morning..stays for the talk and just loves it..but not as much as all the members love him..I have never heard such rapturous applause or such loud cheers for anyone achieving their target before. I am one very very proud coach today.
Its been a great week..Joanne reached her 6st off yesterday. Eileen reached her 3.5 stone off this morning and Micheala reached her 4st off...all determined to reach their target too.

I often get asked "do men attend your classes?" And as you can see here the answer is yes. OK men are in the minority but I do have men in most of my classes. I think the perception is that classes are a "woman's thing" I can assure you they can also need help..support..information..and motivation and that's what goes on in a class
This is Tom who has lost over 3st and feels so good. He can confirm that class was the answer for him. He stayed for the talk every evening.learned about nutrition and portion control. He joins in the chats and enjoys the craic. Always has a laugh in class. The ladies love him!!

Wooo hooo...another member has reached her "happy weight" well done to Jo ann Evolution Graphic Design Service who has lost just over 3st. She admits to taking the scenic route to get there but she never once thought of giving up. Joann has had holidays..nights out..bbq s..weddings etc but just kept going I think that's called life. Just shows..you can live and lose. The WLS plan is flexible.

Wow..wow..wow!! Never in my wildest dreams did i ever imagine I'd have so many follow my page. Most of you know the company I had worked for for decades dropped all their coaches like hot cakes via an email almost 5 yrs ago. I was absolutely devastated as you could guess..however I loved the job I did..I loved helping people achieving their goals and wanted to continue..so I DID!! Weightloss support with Bernie Walsh was born and with the help of our great community we have gone from strength to strength. I want to thank you all for your support and encouragement. Every single like, share and follow helps spread the word that WLS exists..the success stories of my lovely members who gave me permission to publish their photos.. encouraged new people to attend...every comment you have made..it all helped me along the way..so I am thanking you from the bottom of my heart for helping me to continue to do a job I love. Xx
