Today, we are proud to share a very meaningful collaboration between The Arzen Collective and We As One.
What began as a conversation about referral pathways very quickly became something much bigger.
It became a shared commitment to creating safer, more compassionate and more connected support for survivors of sexual abuse and violence.
We As One is a survivor-led movement and social enterprise created to break the silence around sexual abuse and violence. Their work is rooted in lived experience, advocacy, community, education and survivor-led support.
The Arzen Collective is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic based in Lisburn, bringing together trusted practitioners across mental, emotional, physical, holistic, clinical and nervous-system-focused care.
Together, our joint mission is simple:
To support survivors by creating clear, trauma-informed pathways into care.
We want survivors to feel believed, heard and supported.
We believe healing should be led by choice, safety, dignity and trust.
And we believe no survivor should be left feeling alone, ashamed or unsure where to turn.
This strategic collaboration will focus specifically on supporting the sexual abuse and violence survivor community through referral pathways, awareness campaigns, survivor-centred events, education, community support and access to trusted trauma-informed practitioners.
This is not about replacing specialist services.
It is about sitting alongside them, adding another layer of human, safe and empowering support.
We met to discuss referral.
We became one in our mission.
