Self Care September 🍂
What an amazing day I've had,
after grabbing a spiced chia latte this morning. 🍵.
I headed to meet up with my Rock Choir Northern Ireland • Choirs led by Clare Galway family at Belfast Cathedral with over 500 Northern Ireland Rockies practicing, singing and then recording the beautiful song 'Feeling Good' made famous by Nina Somone. Goose bumps for sure 🎶🎶
And then again later tonight with a group of 25 at the . 🎶🎶🎶
Its been such a perfect day, I'm so glad I spent it with you all 🎶🎶🎶🎶
But now its definitely time for bed 🛌 😴
