Taking down the Walls!,
Walls are built to mark boundaries, protect land, keep intruders out, and build houses.
However we often spend a lifetime building walls inside ourselves restricting our self-growth, living in our comfort zone, afraid of failure. Often what we believe in is not what we live! We ignore values and a wall exists between what goes on in side of us and what we express to others. Our self-growth can be seriously stunted if we dont break through the walls of our need for approval.
There is so much beneath the surface of our lives. Maybe its time to unleash all the stuff you have collected. Your sitting in the seat of change but fear is holding you back.
The walls you have built are ready to come down. Its time to move into the land of favour.
As we practice yoga and ground our energy. We move from anxious and stressed to calm and kind. Yoga is about bringing down the Walls of self-doubt, and creating space in our bodies and minds so contentment can find a place to live within us.
