We would like to make our patients aware that the practice is currently experiencing significant staffing shortages and as a result, we are operating at a reduced capacity and patients may notice:
• Longer waiting times when contacting the practice by telephone
• Delays in processing routine administrative requests and paperwork
• Reduced availability of routine appointments
• Longer turnaround times for some non-urgent services
Please be assured that our team is working hard to maintain safe patient care and prioritise those with urgent clinical needs. We kindly ask patients to be patient and treat our staff with courtesy and understanding during this particularly challenging period.
For urgent medical advice when appropriate, NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day online at 111.nhs.uk or by dialling 111. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 999.
