โ€ข Go for smaller portions eating at a restaurant, or split a dish with a friend and order some veggies or a salad on the side?
Restaurant portions are often much bigger than a normal portion - and itโ€™s easy to overeat when youโ€™re busy talking with friends.

โ€ข Increase your daily steps.
Why not head out on a walk with a friend instead of a coffee shop catch up? That way you get some extra steps in without even thinking about it.

Thirst often disguises itself as hunger. Keep a water bottle with you and aim to sip throughout the dayโ€”especially in the heat.
