Whoop! Did you hear Laura from Teylu Theatre Company on the radio today? We’ve been delighted to support the production of Calendar Girls by providing rehearsal space and plenty of encouragement! Can’t wait to watch the performance this week ❤️

Our Chair - and Calendar Girl - Laura Pearson was on BBC Radio Devon’s breakfast show this morning, along with Catherine Whalley, from the Radiotherapy Department at Derriford Hospital. They talked about the personal cancer journeys of some of the cast, the importance of our fundraising for Plymouth Hospitals Charity - and an unexpected, revealing moment in last night’s tech rehearsal! 😬 You can listen back to the interview on BBC Sounds. They were on at 0710.
Our Devon audiences can catch the show at Devonport Playhouse Plymouth Theatre Company on Saturday 1st August and Tavistock Town Hall on Friday 7th August. Our first three shows at Sterts Arts and Environmental Centre tomorrow (!) and on Thursday have only a few tickets left - and our last night at Launceston Town Hall on Friday 14th August is also filling up fast. Thank you! 🌻

We’re so happy to be supporting this fantastic production by Teylu Theatre Company!

Just over a month until Opening Night - Yikes! So many people have been so very generous already in helping to make this production and our charity partnership with Plymouth Hospitals Charity a success. We are in the latter stages of putting together our Gala Performance Grand Draw which will take place at Sterts Arts and Environmental Centre during our evening Performance on 30th July. We are still accepting contributions to our hampers (particularly chocolate, biscuits and wine). We are after some shredded paper or rafia for the base of the hampers and some cellophane, if anyone can help. Also, if anyone knows anybody/business who would like to sponsor a Performance or advertise in our programme (£25 for a half page), please get in touch via
