After an epic treatment with a client yesterday...you know who you are 😉.

I actually put the sound track oceans on and realised half way through a track called inner calling was playing! 😌💞

I did a card pull this morning and these three beaut cards came through....all birds....all synchronistic!!

1. Your uniqueness is the message, it needs no translation!

2. Your voice matters call out with courage, defend your truth and add your unique colour to the world!

3. Do not dismiss omens. A message is being carried to you on black wings, be ready to receive it's wisdom!

I love this explanation of the vagus nerve...it's exactly what I work in massage, Myofascial Release and Energy Healing....amongst other things of course ☺️

But essentially this is the scientific reason for why you leave in a heightened state, calm, relaxed and open....it's just you're not used to feeling that way! 💞☺️

Love that I've been able to create such a space....I walk in and just feel like I've been transported to a place of love and light 💞☺️. Such an awesome feeling....so grateful to have had the opportunity 💞☺️
