Well… WE’RE LAUNCHING IN AYLESBURY 🩷🎉

We’re running four Living Well With ADHD workshops in October. Four sessions dedicated to developing skills, managing time, overwhelm and preventing burnout that so often comes with ADHD.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to attend. We want to make these workshops as accessible as possible, so if you’re waiting for your assessment or identify with ADHD traits, you’re more than welcome.

You’ve all been asking what we thought of that Channel 4 documentary.

We’re thrilled to learn that decades of neurological research and medical consensus can be completely dismantled by a bloke on the telly suggesting you delete your apps and eat fewer crisps. Really groundbreaking. 🫠

If you’re questioning your sanity because a prime-time experiment told you your executive dysfunction is just a bad reaction to Wi-Fi, please don't.

Your diagnosis isn't a modern fad, your struggles aren't a moral failing, and a colour-coded planner won't cure a dopamine deficit. We prefer actual science, thanks and bye!

I’m Jennie, this is Bea, and we’re on a mission to improve low cost, accessible support for ND people in the local area. We’ve recently set up Chiltern ADHD Clinic as a Community Interest Company enabling us to set up free and low cost Skills Workshops and other events that will make a huge difference to the everyday lives of ND people. Our first series of workshops sold out within days, and we’re working to launch the next ones very soon 🩷

The Regulation Station small group PT is BACK in September and we cannot wait 💪💥
