Group training is great.
It gives you energy, community, accountability, and a reason to push harder than you probably would on your own.
But if your goal is to make real progress — lose body fat, build strength, improve skills, fix weaknesses, or actually train around your life — then at some point, your training needs to be built around you.
It’s the same as education.
A class of 12–30 kids can still learn loads from a good teacher.
But if your child had a 1-to-1 tutor who knew exactly what they struggled with, what they were good at, how they learned best, and what they needed next…
They’d probably progress faster.
Fitness is no different.
In a group class, the session has to work for everyone.
In online coaching, the plan is built for your goal, your ability, your schedule, your recovery, your weak points, your injuries, and your progress.
That means we can adjust the weights, the volume, the exercises, the nutrition, and the plan week by week — instead of hoping the class programming happens to match what you need.
CrossFit classes are brilliant for getting fit and being part of a community.
But if you feel like you’re training hard and not really changing…
You probably don’t need to try harder.
You probably need a plan that’s actually aimed at you.
