📉Gemma is down 10.3kg.📉

When we started working together 13 months ago, she was 81.5kg.
Now she’s sitting at 71.2kg.

But this hasn’t just been about weight loss.

This has been about building strength, confidence, education, better habits and a much healthier relationship with training, food and her body.

Over the last year, Gemma has had holidays, job changes, shift work, parenting, social events and all the normal chaos life throws at you.

But she kept showing up.

3 sessions a week.
Online coaching accountability.
Honest conversations when things felt hard.
Adjustments when life got busy.
And most importantly, she learned how to keep progressing without needing life to be perfect.

That’s the part I’m most proud of.

Gemma hasn’t had to cut everything out.
She hasn’t had to give up her social life.
She hasn’t had to be perfect every week.

She’s just committed to the process, worked hard, communicated well, and kept improving one step at a time.

She’s been an absolute pleasure to coach and honestly, an inspiration.

One of the busiest and most social people I know, yet she’s still managed to completely change her habits, health, strength and confidence.

Gemma, you should be seriously proud.
Incredible work. 👏

Proof that you don’t need to give up your life to change your life.

Group training is great.

It gives you energy, community, accountability, and a reason to push harder than you probably would on your own.

But if your goal is to make real progress — lose body fat, build strength, improve skills, fix weaknesses, or actually train around your life — then at some point, your training needs to be built around you.

It’s the same as education.

A class of 12–30 kids can still learn loads from a good teacher.

But if your child had a 1-to-1 tutor who knew exactly what they struggled with, what they were good at, how they learned best, and what they needed next…

They’d probably progress faster.

Fitness is no different.

In a group class, the session has to work for everyone.

In online coaching, the plan is built for your goal, your ability, your schedule, your recovery, your weak points, your injuries, and your progress.

That means we can adjust the weights, the volume, the exercises, the nutrition, and the plan week by week — instead of hoping the class programming happens to match what you need.

CrossFit classes are brilliant for getting fit and being part of a community.

But if you feel like you’re training hard and not really changing…

You probably don’t need to try harder.

You probably need a plan that’s actually aimed at you.
