Tales Of The Westwild is only a couple days away from launching on Kickstarter. I'm busy working on the last story right now which will bring the book to 56 pages! That's a little bit over the 24 pages I wanted to do initially 😅

This cover was created by the wonderful Roxy Rose and really leans into the whimsical, magical nature of the Westwild. I chose Roxy as a variant artist due to her wonderful animal character work, so I was super happy when she agreed! What do we think?

Last but certainly not least for main character introductions is Penny! I got Penny for my wife on our first valentine's day together, only a few weeks after meeting and she has practically become our child 😂 I did try to start a comic that focused on Penny, Chomper and Alex (who appears in a single panel of The Rescue) and got a couple pages in before giving up because it was way too big a story for my first attempt 😂 however, the first page I did in that comic is what got me my tattoo apprenticeship in a way. Penny is a real cheeky little girl that is full of bravery and is super protective of her siblings! Her favourite food is sardines and she would love to learn to fight!
