Tonight the Three Lions take to the field,
While Slimming World dreams are proudly revealed.
The chips are now wedges, the crisps stay away,
We’re chasing our targets the healthier way!

With speedy foods stacked high upon every plate,
We’re cheering on England and watching our weight.
A Muller Light ready, some fruit by our side,
As football and Food Optimising collide!

If England score one, we’ll cheer with delight,
If they score a few more, we’ll dance through the night.
No guilt over snacks, no swips gone astray,
Just planning and passion to carry the day.

So here’s to the Lions, give everything you’ve got,
And here’s to Slimming World helping us stay on the spot.
May the goals keep on coming, the pounds keep on gone,
