✏️| SATS Week |✏️
What a privilege it was this morning to be able to help this amazing group of year 6 children prepare for today’s SATS.
This can be a stressful week for many children and it is so important that we help them to feel positive, confident and most importantly that they are enough.
Today we began with our ‘Worry Wall’ to begin the process of letting go of worries that we were carrying.
Following this we all took part in a full body stretch to help get rid of any physical tension we may be carrying.
Next, we listened to a guided meditation to visualise letting go of our worries and negative thoughts.
Finallly, the children enjoyed writing positive messages to each other on our ‘Grattitude Graffiti Wall.’
Hopefully everybody left feeling more confident, motivated and ready to take on the day!
