If you struggle with low energy, constant injuries, poor recovery, stubborn body fat or poor performance… you probably do NOT need more workouts.

You need better systems.

Most people are under assessed, not under trained.

Most people fail rehab because they rush back to movement before rebuilding the foundation.

Sometimes to move forward, you need to take a step back and sharpen the axe.

That means:• Isolating the weak or painful area• Elevating its strength, control and capacity• Reintegrating it back into full movement and performance

That is how you actually create long term pain free movement instead of temporary relief.

But here is the mistake most people make…

They only focus on the injured body part.

The body does not work in isolation.It works as one integrated system.

There is no point increasing physical load if your internal system cannot tolerate that load.

Poor sleep.Bad recovery.High stress.Low energy availability.Gut issues.Dehydration.Poor recovery capacity.

All of these reduce your ability to heal, adapt and perform.

Everyone wants the sexy new trend.Nobody wants to master the boring fundamentals that actually create elite athletes.

“Fascia training” is being sold like it is some secret hack for performance, mobility and injury prevention…

But here’s the reality:

You cannot separate fascia from muscle, tendon and bone.Your body works as one integrated system.

Most of these low intensity flow drills look good on social media because they are easy to market. They avoid the uncomfortable truth:

Elite performance is built through force production, force absorption, tissue capacity and biomechanical efficiency.

If your joints are unstable, your pelvis is uncontrolled, your mechanics are poor and your body cannot tolerate load…

No amount of trendy movement flows will suddenly make you explosive.

Sport is violent.Your body needs to tolerate violent forces.

Football, MMA, sprinting, basketball, rugby and every elite sport comes down to how efficiently you can:• Produce force• Absorb force• Transfer force• Repeat force under fatigue

That requires:• Strength• Tendon capacity• Robust movement mechanics• Structural integrity• Progressive overload

Not “voodoo” internet trends.

Fix the biomechanical foundation first.Then performance becomes the by-product.

Most athletes accept pain as part of the sport.

Especially after surgery.

Years of knee pain.
Meniscus repair surgery.
Constant flare ups.
Reduced confidence.
Limited movement.
Always thinking about the knees instead of performing freely.

Now he’s back doing jiu jitsu:

Your hips are not “tight”.
They are weak, unstable and lacking control in positions your sport actually demands.

If I only had 10 minutes to improve hip mobility and function, I would stop obsessing over stretching and start training one of the most overlooked areas in athletes…

The groin.

Most athletes ignore adductor strength until they pull something, lose explosiveness, struggle changing direction or constantly feel stiff through the hips.

Your groins are responsible for:
• Hip mobility
• Deceleration and change of direction
• Sprint mechanics
• Pelvic control
• Force production
• Injury resilience

That’s why in this video I’m taking you through 5 of my go to exercises to build strong, mobile and athletic hips:
• Groin rock backs
• Hip abductor slide drags
• Copenhagen variations
• Side lunges
• Adductor mobility and strength drills

Mobility without strength is useless.
You do not need more random stretching.
You need strength, control and capacity through range.
