We need you!

The team are in the process of revamping and updating our 'Weight Management' education session to ensure it covers the most up to date information and guidance, to support people to achieve a healthy body weight.

One element, which we believe is key to engaging people, is the title of the session.

Discussing weight can be a sensitive subject and can feel stigmatising at times. We want it to be a supportive environment where people feel comfortable to discuss their own challenges to weight loss and would like your input into what to call the talk.

Help keep vulnerable people safe in the heat ๐ŸŒž

Stay out of the direct sun, especially during the hottest part of the day, between 11am and 3pm, as UV rays are strongest during these hours.

Drink plenty of fluids and avoid excess alcohol during the hot weather. ๐Ÿซ—

UV can damage your skin and increase the risk of skin cancer, but it also helps your body produce vitamin D. So itโ€™s all about enjoying the sunshine safely when UV levels are high.
