Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: remote/home based with regular travel throughout your territory.
Experience: Over 2 years
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45 - £50k/year (Basic salary based on experience) + High Commission £40k Bonus potential
Responsibilities:
✔️Grow the B2B customer base in the healthcare industry
Deliver polished, honest, and informative TESSO-SAAS demonstrations to Care Homes and Hospitals
✔️Deliver online/remote demonstrations as well as traveling to accommodate meetings
✔️Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔️Sell on value - consultative sales experience preferred
✔️Understand customer needs around healthcare
✔️Plan and execute sales strategies
✔️Prospecting for new business
✔️Contribute to the wider Sales and Marketing operations
Requirements:
🔴Over 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or working in the healthcare recruitment agency market
🔴Adaptable and comfortable dealing with the staff at all levels
🔴Strong commercial mindset, can-do attitude, and understanding of what is unique about recruitment and the challenges it faces
🔴Excellent presentation, negotiation, and prospecting skills
🔴Ability to work independently for signing up for care homes
🔴A strong energy level and motivation for sales
🔴Creativity in strategic sales planning
🔴Compulsory Driving license
🔴Willing to drive
