This is our Aimee

She joined club a few months ago with her mother in law as she saw .gillies results and the energy she had!!!

Aimee has done amazing!!!
She has lost nearly 1 stone now! Her body and visceral fat is down! Her hydration is up! Her shape change is amazing!!

But it’s not all about weight for Aimee….. what else has changed?

Aimee has suffered for years with rosacea and adult acne and has tried everything even roacutaine for it.. nothing helped

Yesterday, I faced one of my biggest fears.

For years, my friend’s son, Carl, has been trying to convince me to tackle Crib Goch—the infamous ridge on Snowdon. Yesterday, I finally said yes.

We started at around 12:30pm and didn’t finish until 10:30pm.

There were moments when I genuinely thought my life was flashing before my eyes. Hanging onto rock faces, screaming, swearing… probably enough to echo across the mountains! I came home covered in bruises, with aching hands, and today I can barely walk. 😂 I’m also convinced Carl deliberately took me up some of the harder routes!

To top it all off, we missed the last bus back to the car park, so we had an extra three-mile walk in the fading light.

But here’s the thing…

I did it.

We completed the full Snowdon Horseshoe, taking in three Welsh peaks, and despite every moment of fear, it turned out to be one of the most exhilarating days of my life.

(Will I be doing it again? Absolutely not! 😂)

Before my mum passed away and before I started my health journey, you would never have found me doing something like this.

It’s amazing how much life can change.

Sometimes the biggest growth happens when you say yes to something that terrifies you. The view at the top is never just about the mountain—it’s about proving to yourself that you’re capable of so much more than you ever imagined.

Life is precious. Life is short.

Take the challenge. Push your limits. Make memories. Surprise yourself.

And above all… keep smiling.
