Closed the door on Wavertree for the final time yesterday, and I have to admit, it was actually quite emotional.
When we opened those doors five years ago, I had no idea of the friendships that would come from it, the incredible loyalty and support we would receive, or just how lucky we would be with the amazing neighbours around us.
So many customers have become friends over the years — and each and every one of you knows who you are. You’ve supported us, recommended us, laughed with us, shared your stories with us and, ultimately, helped make Maitri what it is today.
There have been so many memories made behind that door, and although it feels strange to close it for the last time, it’s also the beginning of something new.
So, one door closes… and another one opens. 💛
Wavertree will always be a huge part of the Maitri story, but now it’s time for our next chapter in Woolton.
Today was our first day open in our new home. Are we completely finished? No! But that certainly doesn’t change the amazing treatments, care and welcome you’ll receive when you walk through the door.
We’ve already been made to feel so welcome in Woolton, with so much kindness and support, and I just know this is going to be another amazing chapter for Maitri.
There’s still work to do, finishing touches to make and plenty to settle into — but we’re here, the doors are open, and the next chapter has officially begun.
All I can really say is thank you — to everyone who has supported us, followed us, moved with us and believed in what we do.
So… let’s do it all again. 💙💛
