I’ve been having one of those “how did my life change THIS much!?” moments lately

This time last year I was questioning my worth & was in the most emotionally chaotic situationship that had me feeling like a snow globe shaken up & thrown into a tornado🌪️

Situationships make you lose yourself so fast but subtly - you never know where you stand, so your nervous system is permanently a state of dysregulation. Your logic, standards & grip on reality goes awol & you ignore red flags even when they’re smacking you in the face

The jump from then to now is wild

From being rushed out the house without even a coffee…to now being with someone who makes me home-cooked vegetarian meals (even though she’s not veggie herself) just because she wants to care for me

& there’d be drama over lipstick transferring while kissing - like shock horror, makeup does what makeup does. But now my partner says she doesn’t mind being covered in my makeup because it means I’ve been loving her & also she reminds me that makeup remover exists😂

I went from being told I was too much & constantly shrinking myself… to being loved by someone who tells me I’m the perfect amount exactly as I am🥹

& the thing is, nothing changed until I chose me first. I had to walk away even when every rejection wound in me was screaming at me to stay. I had to stand on everything I preach. The healing. The self-worth work. All of it

That ending was me telling the Universe: I’m not available for the bare minimum & That I’m done abandoning myself in the name of wanting to be loved or chosen

& what came after was the kind of love I used to think was a fairytale💛

So if you’re in your situationship snow globe era, this is your reminder, real love will never require you to change to receive it

Alchemy’s first 2 students have officially been attuned 🪄🪽

A massive congratulations to these beautiful earth angels on completing their Angelic Reiki Level 1 & 2 attunements with me this weekend 🩵

What an honour it has been to hold space for these two souls as they opened themselves to healing, remembrance & divine connection

Watching the shifts, the breakthroughs, the emotions, the light… I don’t even have words for how grateful I feel 🥹

I literally used to have to get a shower every single time I got behind the wheel from sweating so much with anxiety 😰

6 months ago I passed my driving test & it still feels like one of the biggest achievements of my life 🚗

& I say that as someone with multiple businesses & a master’s degree

Because this was so much more just general nerves, I’m talking the the kind of driving anxiety that made my whole body go into panic mode before I’d even started the car

I’d be having panic attacks, shaking & feel ready to pass out afterwards from my body going into full fight or flight with 0 warning

For years & years I genuinely believed I would never be someone who’d be able to drive, let alone actually enjoy it & feel safe

But looking back now, I can see how deeply my lack of self-belief affected me. Being in a toxic relationship which lead me to constantly doubting myself, not trusting myself… it followed me into everything, including driving. I failed multiple tests because fear had completely taken over & I had absolutely no faith in myself

So if you’re struggling with something right now that feels impossible for everyone else but terrifying for you, I get it

Because literally a few days ago I was driving through the most narrow country roads in Wales that had so many twists & turns - in areas I’ve never been before, with the music on, yapping away to my girlfriend loving life! 😂

This wasn’t an overnight shift, I just kept showing up through the fear until the anxiety became quieter than my self-belief

If you’re in that place right now where something feels too big, or overwhelming, or too scary, I promise you, that version of you who’s already done it exists You just haven’t met them yet

I’ve noticed a pattern in my spiritual practice that I had to break…

Something I’ve definitely been guilty of in the past, is not being consistent with my healing / spiritual routines when things are going good & when I’ve achieved my manifestations

Spirituality isn’t just something for when life is difficult

Because one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is not to abandon the practices that helped me heal just because I’m in a better season of life

It’s easy to pray, journal, meditate protect your energy & connect spiritually when you’re struggling & in the process of trying to achieve things, but true transformation is continuing those practices when things are finally flowing too

Buuuutttt, this is not coming from a place of fear / anxiety, or thinking that something bad will happen if you stop 🙅🏻‍♀️

It’s because your wellbeing, your energy & your connection to yourself deserve consistency - not just emergency attention when things start going wrong!

Spiritual hygiene is essential. The same way we care for our physical body daily, we also need to care for our emotional, mental & energetic body intentionally too

I’m in a very transitional season of life & business right now 🦋

Recently, there’s been so much happening behind the scenes emotionally, personally & professionally… all at once - as life often does

This past week reminded me that healing isn’t always productive, pretty or inspiring

A really simple concept but one that is really powerful, is the fact that 2 things can be true at once! This sounds so obvious, but took me ages to get my head around & is something I remind my clients of regularly in or sessions when they’re having conflicting & contrasting emotions at once

Lately, I’ve been learning that you can hold gratitude & overwhelm at the same time
Excitement & exhaustion
Growth & uncertainty

Life behind the scenes, no matter how ‘healed’ or ‘grown’ you are, isn’t always perfectly curated & neither is healing!🪽

Sometimes healing looks like:
Resting
Crying
Disconnecting
Asking for support
Doing the bare minimum
Taking life hour by hour, when day by day feels too much

But amongst all the chaos, there’s also been softness, little moments of positivity, support, new perspectives & so much gratitude 🙏

I’ve spent a lot of time offline this last week or so, resting, reflecting & focusing on the people around me

Now, I’m slowly easing myself back into creating, replying, working & finding my rhythm again 🌈
