CHANGE OF DATE!! ✨️

Just a little update that I've had to reschedule the date of the upcoming Intuitive Movement Silent Disco which will now be a week on Sunday. We will still be celebrating the Summer, the Sun and all the glorious light and energy she brings with her! 🌞🌞🌞

A little video to show what one of my Yoga Your Way classes is like (apologies for the slightly off camera angle!)

It's an integrated, accessible and inclusive class. Integrated meaning we'll use a combination of chair, mat and standing throughout the class and people can choose how they want to practice at any time. I will give options and adaptations for everything as we go, using blocks as props to support us. This means the space is open and accessible to a variety of physical abilities and needs, you're welcome to come as you are, be that needing or wanting to practice in a chair or wheelchair. Every-BODY is welcome! You, and only you are the expert on your own body, I have the toga knowledge and I hope when we come together we can work together to make the yoga work for you, hence the name - Yoga Your Way 💖🙏✨️

I'll be back Ullet Road Church next Tuesday 16th June and would love to see you there!

WowWowWow!!! 🙏✨️💫⚡️💖

Here are the beautiful souls and bodies that answered the call to come and move with me under the Beltane Full Moon, on my first Intuitive Movement Silent Disco 💫

Whoever comes are the right people and we created and shared such open hearted and magical energy with one another through cacao, movement and connection in community⚡️💫✨️

We moved our bodies and focused on the inner us and then, when ready opened up to share some of the light we found within ourselves ✨️

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to you all for going on that journey with me and trusting me to guide you - my cup is full today! 💖🙏

A Difficult Morning - a sense poem by participants of The Croxteth Nest

Here's our 'Sence Poem' we wrote together at last week's The Croxteth Nest session

We chatted about our emotions and how we can relate our emotions to weather systems. What's going on in our internal weather systems when we're looking after our little ones? We chatted about good and bad moments we'd had whilst caring for our little ones during the last week. We all had a common theme of experiencing difficult mornings with our little ones - dealing with their big emotions when we've not even had a chance to wake up yet ourselves! We thought about how this experience related to weather and explored how we experienced it through our senses and this is what we came up with.

I went on a walk with my little boy the next day in Sefton Park and took these video clips and put them together with the poem. I thought it a nice way to show the balance of the difficult and beautiful experiences we can have with our little ones day by day, hour by hour and minute by minute 💖

The Croxteth Nest is on this Wednesdays for the next 3 weeks.

We'd love to see you there to guide you through some relaxation, stretching, breath work, facilitated discussion and creative activities along with a sensory play offer for babies.

Just a little clarification as we realised there may have been a little confusion between our session happening at Croxteth Children's Centre, 'The Nest' and another session happening in Clubmore Children's Centre at a similar time called 'The Nurture Nest'.

We've changed our session name for this to 'The Croxteth Nest'. Our session is a parent and baby wellbeing group best for parents of pre-crawling babies. But all welcome if you feel you need that bit of time focusing on your wellbeing. We have a second facilitator at this group to support you entertaining your littlies ☺️
We are on at Croxteth Children's Centre, Parkstile Lane, L11 0BQ, Wednesdays, 1-2pm.

The Nurture Nest is a stay and play session at Clubmoor Children's Centre on Wednesday at 1.15-2.15pm.

We're only there for the next 3 Wednesdays so do join us if you can 💖
