When we talk about sunlight, the conversation usually starts and ends with SPF.

And don’t get me wrong, protecting your skin from UV damage is one of the most important things you can do to reduce premature ageing and lower your risk of skin cancer.

Beyond UV, the sun also emits red and near-infrared (NIR) light, wavelengths that have been widely studied for their role in photobiomodulation, a process that supports healthy cellular function. It’s the same science behind professional red light LED therapy.

Summer skin is out … and so are the tattoos people have been meaning to remove 👀
