It’s coming together 🔥

The sauna, hot tubs and cold plunges are in and the fence is up.

35 days until we open our doors on Cherry Lane, Anfield. Who’s coming?

09/10/2026

Not all saunas are the same 🔥

Most gym and spa saunas run on electric. Ours are wood-fired: a real fire, the crackle, the scent of the wood and a heat you can feel the difference in.

Same benefits. A whole different experience.

Opening 14 November on Cherry Lane, Anfield.

It’s official. Saturday 14 November, 12:00 to 16:00.

The doors open for the first time, and you’re
invited. Invites go to our list first, so sign
up through the link in our bio.

See you on Cherry Lane.

From the ground up.

The fencing’s finished and the groundwork is
going in. Drainage first, then everything that
sits on top of it.

Stay posted.

Seven challenges. Most people won’t finish one.

Cold showers for 30 days. An hour without
your phone. Heat once a week. Screens off at ten.
Ten minutes of breathing. A daily walk outside.
A few lines written down every night.

None of them are complicated.
That’s exactly what makes them hard.

Save this, pick one, and start this week.

Everything’s moving.

Drone’s flying, digger’s in, fencing’s going up
and the layout is coming together on the ground.

Stay posted for what’s next.
