A new space. The same stillness🌿

I’ve always believed that the best place to start, is exactly where you are.
As Rebalance Holistics enters it's next chapter, I am so excited to introduce:
The Place to Be.
This isn't just a meditation class; it’s a soft landing. It’s a space designed for the real world—where you don't have to be "good" at sitting still or "perfect" at clearing your mind. You just have to show up as you are.
Whether you’ve sat with me before or we’ve never met, I can’t wait to welcome you into this new, grounded space.
✨ What to expect: Unpretentious guidance, a calm atmosphere, and a stillness you can actually take home with you.
📍 Where: Quaker Meeting House Liverpool
🗓 When: Weekly Starting Friday 13th March @ 11.30am-12.30pm
💌 Bookings: Spaces are limited to keep things cozy. Call or msg 07803404289
