Well hello summer body. G joined our online nutrition club community in March. Shes done 2x10 day rounds. I personally thought she looked amazing anyway but us women are never happy and G really just wanted to tone up and shed fat without sacrificing muscle. Her diet was good. Her calories took into consideration her training but we knew we could make progress and putting G on a simple plan smashing her protein target and focus on gaps in nutrition and most importantly not leaving it as long as she was without food. When you think your stuck. Letā€™s bring you some inspo. Heather Drennan.

Heathers story

Iā€™m realā€¦ just not a Barbie.

My journey hasnā€™t been easy. Iā€™ve fallen more times than I can countā€”and honestly, probably more times than Iā€™ve succeeded. But hereā€™s the thing: I always get back up.

This weight loss journey? Itā€™s been incredibleā€¦ and at times, a complete disaster. Iā€™ve started, stopped, failed, eaten the pizza, had the drinks, and lived my life. Because thatā€™s what real people do.

So far, Iā€™ve lost 16 stoneā€”and Iā€™ve still got another 4 or 5 to go. But I know it will come.

Iā€™m not a ā€œgym bunny,ā€ and Iā€™m definitely not here to be anyoneā€™s version of perfect. Iā€™m my own person. I fail, I learn, and I rise againā€”every single time.

And the gym? Itā€™s not about aesthetics for me. Itā€™s about strength.
Itā€™s about being able to carry my shopping in 20 years.
Itā€™s about staying out of a wheelchair.
Itā€™s about staying mobile, independent, and capable.
Itā€™s about lifting my children nowā€”and still being able to move freely when Iā€™m 80.

This isnā€™t about perfection. Itā€™s about persistence.

Iā€™m no longer able to train and recover the way I used to and Iā€™m good with that. What I wasnā€™t good with was busting my balls and seeing no results because I didnā€™t know I had to change it up. Well now I do and the results are moving again BUT how many women are stuck eating the same stuff and training the same way wondering why results have stopped!
