❤️🩹 Sorry the video is not great, Im just so busy with everything I need to do to get everything regarding the studio’s closure sorted out the fast way I can that I was just super tired when I recorded this (and my lip cut was done by my 2yo daughter when she accidentally hit me with her head when jumping on the bed - mentioning as my lovely clients, friends and past artists been messaging me lately being proper worried about me, which I find so cute from them and Ive been super grateful with their support and concerns about my health so, if you see this, dont worry, the lip was just an accident really) 😅
❤️🩹You all have no idea how much of an impact all the positive messages sent to me by you all had on me. It really lifts my spirits and makes a hell of a difference in my mood as unfortunately the burnout combined with the changes in my medications makes me super depressed, anxious about being around people and paranoid about me being hated by everyone, failing my kids and letting down people by not being able to carry on with living my life like before, but reading all those positive messages and the way my presence and existence was perceived positively by people, when they were around me, makes these bad feelings fade each time I read them, which its been so helpful for my mental health that I even screenshot some of them to read again when Im having a crisis, so, just know that every bit of positivity Im getting right now its being felt and appreciated by myself more than you can ever imagine 🫶 thank you all so so much!
